redundancies and realignment have left some long-time staffers in the cold. snap em up people. 

bit of a slap in the face after the loyalty exhibited throughout the Saltmine debacle.

  8. I'm sure there are a ton of start-up companies in Portland who hold onto all of their employees even if they aren't living up to the standards the company needs in order to succeed. Because- Hey! Being one of the originals secures your spot, right? Did they drop kick them to the curb or give them some severance, I wonder.

  9. Exaggerate much? One person let go by a company adding staff every month. Not sure I would call this much more than a course adjustment.
