The real word on the street is that it wasn't because of a single staff member... it was because of a change in company direction/values that had nothing to do with the talent that was currently working there. From what I hear, all those who have jumped ship are much better off.
Nobody at eROI has jumped ship, so much as there has been an orderly but expeditious departure of from the burning building while the host had fanned the flames.
White Horse CTO recently quit and there are now a lot of WH developer resumes hitting the PDX job market as existing staff are looking to leave as well.

ReplyDeleteNot sure where you get your information from. From people I talked to it had to do with the change in direction, not a person leaving
